About the Susquehanna Film Festival 2026
Where storytelling meets the scenic beauty of the West Branch. Join us October 9th to 11th, 2026 in Williamsport, PA, to celebrate the art of film in a community that thrives on creativity, connection, and the power of cinema.
We are screening many local, national and international films over three days. The festival will showcase a multi-genre selection of feature, short, documentary and animated films, with a special emphasis on works produced in Pennsylvania. As an added bonus that's sure to please film fans, many of the SFF’s screening selections are yet-to-be released films, making their exclusive North American premiere, which means they have never been seen in movie theaters or streamed on U.S. platforms.
When: Friday, October 9th through Sunday, October 11th, and concluding with the awards ceremony.

About Our Festival
From veteran to student film makers, we've got a screen for you!
The Susquehanna Film Festival is the 1st festival of its kind to be held in historic Williamsport, Pennsylvania by founder Tim Yasui, an LA-based independent film producer who was originally born and raised in Williamsport. Our Festival will celebrate and acknowledge not only international films, but also regionally-produced feature films and short films from the Greater Pennsylvania and Mid-Atlantic states. We will encourage all film makers and young students also who are studying Film to submit their films which otherwise might be ignored by the national festivals.
Awards & Prizes
We will have talented and independent judges who will help us determine the awards given to best Student Films, best Pennsylvania made films, best Documentary films, best short-films, best drama, best horror, best comedy, best animation. An Awards event will be held in Williamsport, Pennsylvania where we will announce the winners and present them with their awards following the Film Festival screenings.
